本規約は、Seisany（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意の上、本アプリを利用するものとします。
本アプリは、グループでの割り勘・精算計算を支援するアプリです。OCRによるレシート読み取り、多通貨対応、グループ共有機能を提供します。精算結果はあくまで参考値であり、金額の正確性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリのシェアグループ機能の利用にはAppleまたはGoogleアカウントによるサインインが必要です。アカウントの管理はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。
本アプリの利用において、以下の行為を禁止します。
本アプリは無料提供のためGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示します。広告の内容は当社の管理下にありません。
本アプリが提供する為替レートは外部APIから取得した参考値であり、実際のレートと異なる場合があります。為替差損等については当社は一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害（精算計算の誤差、データ損失、機会損失等）について、法令上の責任を除き一切の責任を負いません。
当社は、事前の通知なく本アプリのサービス内容を変更または停止することがあります。
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はアプリ内および本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。
本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms govern your use of Seisany (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides bill-splitting and settlement calculation tools, including receipt OCR, multi-currency support, and shared group features. Settlement results are for reference only; we do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculated amounts.
The shared group feature requires sign-in via Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of your account.
You may not:
The App displays ads via Google AdMob to remain free. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
Exchange rates provided by the App are fetched from third-party APIs for reference purposes only and may differ from actual rates. We are not liable for any currency-related losses.
The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the App, including calculation errors, data loss, or missed opportunities.
We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
